Job Responsibilities:  

• Supervising a team of 10 Engineers & Draftsmen.
• Carrying out mechanical design calculations for Pressure & Non-Pressure parts, Nozzle Loads, Wind & Seismic Loads, Foundation loads, Transportation loads, Safety Valve Calculations and Piping flexibility analysis.
• Checking of client’s Technical Requirements and documents like Data Sheet, P&ID,GAD and re-submission of the same with comments for approval.
• Experienced in handling TPI agencies like Lloyds and CCOE for approval of Drawings and Design calculations in a timely manner.
• Man-hour planning for design department for allocation of jobs for different projects and weekly submission of progress report to Technical Manager in Italy.
• Maintaining Drawings and documents in Design Department as per ISO 9001 norms for half-yearly certification Audit.

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engg. from a reputed University.
• 15 to 20 Years of design experience in Cryogenic Tanks & Pressure Vessels.
• Thorough knowledge of EN and ASME Codes.
• Knowledge of ASME ‘U’ Stamp.
• Experience in Excel spreadsheet calculations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
•  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in software like Compress,PV-Elite.
• Experience in Piping Stress Analysis.
• Knowledge in CE Stamping for Pressure vessels.
• Knowledge in Welding Procedures and NDT requirements.
