Job Responsibilities:  

• Supervising a team of 10 Engineers &  Draftsmen.
• Checking of client’s Technical  Requirements and documents like Data Sheet,P&ID,GAD and re-submission of the same to client for approval.
• Checking thickness calculations of pressure &  non-pressure parts of Cryogenic tanks, Nozzle calculations, safety valve & bursting disc calculations.
• Experienced in handling TPI agencies  like Lloyds and CCOE for approval of  Drawings and Design calculations in a timely  manner.
• Continuous monitoring for cost savings in design.
• Maintaining Drawings and documents in Design Deptt as per ISO 9001 norms for half-yearly certification Audit.

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engg. from a reputed University.
• 5 to 10 Years of design experience in Cryogenic Tanks & Pressure Vessels.
• Thorough knowledge in Design of Cryogenic Tanks-Static and Mobile for LIN,LOX,LAR,CO2  and LNG applications.
• Thorough knowledge of EN and ASME Codes.
• Knowledge of ASME ‘U’ Stamp.
• Experience in Excel spreadsheet      calculations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
•  Ability to work under pressure and meet   tight deadlines.
• Experience in softwarelike Compress,PV-Elite.
• Experience in Piping Stress Analysis.
• Knowledge in CE Stamping for Pressure vessels.
• Knowledge in Welding Procedures and NDT requirements
