VRV Group offers a full range of vacuum super-insulated equipment. Both for the storage and transport of liquid nitrogen and for cryopreservation, our product lines are adapted to your application. Cryo Diffusion, offers the widest range of super -insulated equipment using liquid nitrogen for cryopreservation of biological samples.

Cryobiology

Cryobiology is primarily concerned with ultralow temperature preservation. Using liquid nitrogen, storage by cryopreservation is in the -196°C temperature range, which is far below the required minimum temperature of -135°C.

Applications of cryobiology include:

  • Sperm, Oocytes and cell embryos for artificial insemination.
  • Stem cells from cord blood, bones marrows, lipid cells for autogous or donor transfusion therapy.
  • Ovarian and testicular tissus to preserve reproductive potential after cancer treatment.
  • DNA preservation for scientific studies.
  • Preservation of cells, blood and tissues for long-term storage
  • Cryosurgery, a non-invasive approach for destruction of unhealthy tissue
  • Lyophilization (freeze-drying) of pharmaceuticals
  • The study of cold-adaptation of plants and animals
  • The field of oncology research, immunology and gene therapy

 and many others...

For the above applications, the VRV Group offers a full range of  dewars and freezers. Both for the storage and transport of liquid nitrogen and for cryopreservation, VRV product lines are adapted to your application. The VRV Group, under the name of Cryo Diffusion, is a leading supplier of products for long-term storage and distribution of biological materials.

VRV provides the value-added supply chain of the following products:
